Being softbanned means that you did not properly wait the required cooldown time before attempting an action in a new location. Softbans are only temporary and you'll be able to play again once you finish waiting out the cooldown time. You may teleport back to the location that triggered the softban and play from there, since that is where your last known GPS coordinates are. If you want to be able to spoof somewhere else though, you must wait the required time before attempting an action at a new location.
