What are the daily limitations?

Niantic knows that there are cheaters out there playing Pokemon GO, therefore they have implemented some limitations on what can be done in-game each day (and week). Most normal players will never encounter any of these limitations, as they are set quite high. But for us spoofers, we can easily reach them, especially if you're using a Got-cha.
- Pokestops - 600 spins per day / 3500 spins per week maximum.
- Pokemon - 1200 catches per day / 8400 catches per week maximum.
- Buddy Candy - 40km worth of candy per day.
