Similar to how GO Fest Chicago and GO Fest Dortmund went this year, the GO Fest Yokohama will feature a brand new set of special researches, unique challenges for attendees that will influence the game itself and special photo opportunities! According to the official Japanese blog post, there will not be any special raid battles taking place at the event.
Participation in the even is 100% free, but is only open to those who were selected via the ticket lottery in the months leading up to the event. If you haven't gotten a ticket for GO Fest Yokohama yet, you sadly won't be able to attend.
This event is being held over a seven day period, with each day being open from 10 AM until 5 PM at night. Players are only able to attend the event during one day, whichever day they chose their ticket for. So if you're attending, make sure you charge your phone fully the night before, and bring lots of portable phone chargers!
